The International Headache Society has moved it from their list of triggers to their list of exacerbating factors on the premise that it doesn't by itself trigger Migraines but it does make us more susceptible to our triggers. Thanks so much for discussing this! I get so frustrated when people insist that my chronic headaches are entirely from stress. I can certainly see how stress is a contributor, but I know it is not the sole cause.
